Oh,The coveted number one page on Google question. It has become very evident that it can actually be done. Before discussing the strategy it must be noted that in order to getting a high ranking you really need to write an excellent original article. If you copy and paste bits and pieces of articles and then change a few words it doesn't work as well.

You may get on the first page of Google in no time and then again it might take a few days.

In your articles you use these words in your articles in a fashion that doesn't make your article sound like a commercial for our article. Just try to be mindful of the words when you are writing and try to merge them into the story as they fit in. If you go overboard the article will probably not get accepted and when you re-read the page you'll see that it doesn't sound good anyway.
